About your print:
Giclee (pronounced zhee-klay) is the highest quality you can get when it comes to fine art reproductions. The word giclee comes from the French term “gicleur,” which means “to spray.” This refers to the printing process, where an inkjet printer sprays millions of microscopic ink droplets onto the paper.
Archival paper is acid-free and pH-balanced, which is a fancy way of saying it’s resistant to yellowing, fading and deterioration over many decades.
Locally printed at the Minneapolis studio, Arts District Imageworks, just a few blocks from my own studio. All of my prints start from a scan of the original art to ensure the final print captures the details of the original collage.
